Returns & Refunds

To request for a return, you can contact us at officialdishee@gmail.com. We will be sending you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Once we have received and inspected your items, we will notify you if your request is approved or not.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach to you may vary.

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request for a refund, you can contact us at officialdishee@gmail.com. We will be sending you instructions on how and where to send your package.  You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you decide you want to amend your order, please email us at officialdishee@gmail.com.

However, please note that once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any amendments to it. So if you no longer want your item or would like to exchange for something different, kindly wait for the item to be delivered to your address and send it back to us together with the receipt or proof of purchase immediately.
